The company is run by a bunch of incompetent, vain, and arrogant clowns who do nothing but make terrible decisions and make everyone around them absolutely miserable. Work-life balance is a mess due to the company forcing employees to work long hours and accomplish overwhelming workloads under severely tight deadlines with zero support. If you're thinking of advancing your career or growing your skills, Synergi Partners is the last place you should be looking.
