Bad Review - Recensione dipendente - Human Resources presso Synergraphic

Not much to say about this.

HR is not your friend. You will not grow with the creative director there, not a mentor. Expect calls at 11pm because of disorganization. People are disposable here, they do not see the value in someone's work. Don't expect promotion, benefits or a raise.

The working culture is good, and the new, young management team has brought fresh ideas and improvements. Things are definitely better than before.

There are still some processes that need time to stabilise after the management transition. A few policies are still evolving, so sometimes expectations shift.
