Leadership and coworkers are great. There is good camaraderie in the office but is also competitive so just be prepared to work hard. All of the resources you need to be successful as a recruiter are provided for you and they work with a lot huge clients which is helpful for selling jobs to candidates. As long as you put in the effort, they give you the freedom to just do your job.

No major cons, if you've worked in an agency before it can be stressful if you're underperforming which is no different here. I think there is more dialogue here though which helps.
