We are working to get a better understanding of what is working and what could be improved to help with managing the site visits and paperwork requirements. We're also assessing our recruitment strategies to ensure we have the capacity we need. Hopefully we will get the chance to discuss salary personally at some point if you're comfortable. We make sure to pay higher than market to provide appropriate compensation for our hard working team.

I can understand your concerns, but please know there are plans to ensure our team has great relationships with the clients before any of our senior team goes anywhere.
