Kinda Sorta Managed Chaos - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Syngenta

Too much change. Syngenta can't seem to find it's feet. The company relies too much on an outsourcing model. It expects employees to do both project work as well as their day jobs. The pay is OK, some managers are better than others (like at many other companies). I would be very cautious recommending this company to a friend.
