      The company is pretty big, so, I can only tell about my team which is part of SIG division. Work life balance is pretty good and all team mates and managers are pretty nice people. Good for people who have small kids and can't devote to the work more than standard 8 hours per day.

      Don't expect fast promotion. If your work hard and show good results it will be approximately one level up every 2-2.5 years. For developers there are 6 levels, starting from Software Engineer 1. The last level is Senior Stuff Software Engineer.
