The company is in free fall - Recensione dipendente - SAP Basis Consultant presso Syntax

Since some former T-System employees took over the very top managerial positions the company is in freefall. They put only friends in key position, the rest of the employees were relegated to do the hard work without any recognition or promotion. Then, when FIT was sold to Syntax, the same former T-System managers flew to greener pastures, but they left a mess in the company. Now we have too much micromanagement, it seems the new owners don´t care about it, the company needs a purge . Some people get promoted just because they are relatives or friends of the mid-managers.
