DO NOT WORK AT SYNTAX No appreciation from supervisor / manager Worst environment to work for. They will treat you like a dog and expect you to be a yes man all the time Work life balance is zero Pay sucks for Canadians The American are treated very well and paid higher for less work done than the Canadians.
