Lower level employees who speak out on certain issues or going against the grain often leads to being restructured out of the organization. Managers, driven by the need to constantly prove themselves, are reluctant to expand and empower their teams. They frequently undermine achievements of members of their team and are influenced by agendas that prioritize hiring new and inexperienced employees. They are not a family centered employer and do not care about employees personally.
