There are currently no pros to working for this company. The company is a good idea and definitely could have great potential, but the way the company is being run this is not a good place to work.

The job is very demanding and stressful. The only reason for the stress is because nothing is organized. It does not have to be this way. This is a small call center but you have some employees doing the job of 2 or 3 employees and others barely doing anything. The moral is horrible. There is no reconition for good work and the whole focus is on working harder. Nothing is EVER good enough. There is no HR department and getting the owner to handle HR issues including pay and raises is impossible. There is no proper training for new employees and no organization in each department. Nobody seems to know exactly what anyone else is doing or what they areresponsible for. Executive management is highly unprofessional and disrespectful to employees and uses the excuse that they are "not got and the praising stuff".
