There is a need for smart young techies and new ideas for the company. The older generation is stuck with manual work style here. Hence, there is no learning, no boost for developing any skills nor growing. Every suggestion needs a long approval. Entire day people just draft emails and take some or the other printouts. Lots of administrative work only for everyone. Fun actives is fine but please understand even Indian companies now have flexible timing & dress code than strict formal dress code.
