Disorganized - Recensione dipendente - Power BI Developer presso Syntelli Solutions

I wanted to share a few of my experiences working here for a few months before being terminated. Before being hired, they had a me reporting to an experienced manager and my position was fully remote. Most of the team was fully remote. After being hired, they switched me to a less experienced manager. After a few months, they asked me to come in once a week (1 hour 30 min commute). When I refused, I was swiftly terminated. Their pay structure is set up so you don't get fully paid unless you been there for a year. My requested salary was $125k. From their bonus program, for the first 6 months, you would be paid like you had a $100k salary, then in the last 6 months, you would be paid like you had $150k salary. This is how they offered their $125k salary. I was terminated way before I reached this benchmark without any severance or reason for termination. I had a few years of freelancing and contract work. When working there, you would report to both Syntelli, as well as your client and felt like I was working two jobs. The client requested daily reports and constant back and forth on updates via Teams. Before hired, they said I would work on building and creating new dashboards. After being hired, I worked on copying old dashboards and recreating them, without any type of creativity or input.
