Thanks for taking the time to write a review. Happy to hear that you enjoy the team you work with and that your work-from-home arrangement is allowing you to stay connected with your coworkers. We were fortunate that with 50%+ of our company working fully remote prior to COVID, we were able to pivot quickly to fully remote. We’ve definitely continued to learn more and more about how to use our virtual tools effectively (still need to break old email habits!) and we are glad that flexibility is here to stay. As we prepare to reopen our offices, we’ll do so with our employees’ wellbeing at the forefront, keeping flexibility and remote working as options long-term. We’re also evaluating our PTO policies to determine whether additional flexibility there would be beneficial to employees as well.
