-Inconsistently hit quota in SDR position. Most of the team rarely if ever does. It's getting better and better, but still tough.

The team is great, the product is straightforward, and there's room for career growth. The company also has solid financials; consistently profitable and not relying on investor funds at this point

Engineering turnaround is prohibitively slow at times, and product frequently has issues, making the customer relationship more difficult to manage. Company culture could be stronger
