Product is more bugs than working platform Completely understaffed support team Upper management is so into their ideas that they refuse to listen to customer or employee feedback A lot of discrimination No room to grow if you challenge management on anything HR never responds to concerns or inquiries More than half of your vacation days are allocated to days they've chosen Changes are often made to generate income, not help the clients Rating use to be 2.9 on Glassdoor, then a large client commented on it and all of a sudden it's at 4 a week later They forgo process just to get things done The tools given aren't enough to set any teams up for success CFO is also VP of HR

HR does a good job. There is a wellness day once every 2 months and salary is good. Product team also does a good job.

The software is very old and complicated. Move to modern technologies such as micro-services is very half-baked and messy. Work environment is very unstable with people being fired or resigning quite often. Poor code quality, poor development practices, impatient management.
