Great sales leadership - The executive team invests a lot of time and money into improving their sales team. They have regular training sessions in an effort to raise the skill level of each individual rep and each individual manager is consistently helping their reps improve, as well. Investments in tools - They have invested money into tools such as Gong, Salesloft, Zoominfo, to help reps be more efficient in their time and to help increase the quality and quantity of sales discussions with prospects and customers. Great people - The culture in the company is amazing. There is a culture of being helpful and passionate and I believe that comes right from the CEO, Sarah. She is committed to helping people improve and helping customers and this flows through the whole company.

My only small issue is that selling help desk software isn't as sexy or disruptive as other technologies but that is a very minor issue for ,e.
