I have been with SysGroup for over 2 years now and in that time it has transformed itself into an AI led business that is genuinely pushing the boundaries of what teams can do. In finance, everyone is encouraged to use technology to improve the way we work and challenge the status quo. The company's willingness to improve and change gives constant opportunities for people to develop within their roles. The culture in the business is genuinely positive, supportive and collaborative. All of this makes SysGroup a great place to work.

I have no significant concerns about the business.

A few genuinely talented and hardworking colleagues doing their best despite the environment. Some opportunities to take on responsibility, though mostly due to lack of structure or direction rather than intentional development. Remote-first working.

Leadership is inexperienced and inconsistent, resulting in unclear priorities and frequent changes in direction. None of them have real-world experience of running an MSP, They've had 3 CRO/COO's in 2025 so far. Decisions are often made reactively without proper planning or understanding of the long-term impact. Feedback and professional expertise are routinely ignored in favour of short-term fixes or personal preferences. There’s little to no investment in staff development or clear career progression. The culture feels uncertain and demotivating - high turnover is common as good people quickly realise the issues and leave. Hiring a lot of keen-but-green staff in key positions, some even at director level.
