The hardest part of the job is keeping up with the rapid change of the cloud-native world, but that’s also what keeps the work exciting. The main challenge is that Sysdig is shifting toward incorporating agentic AI into the next generation of its product, so some teams are still adapting to new workflows and evolving priorities. It’s an exciting transition, but it does require flexibility as the organization moves quickly to innovate.
