Collaborative environment - Recensione dipendente - Field Engineer presso Syserco

In my 6+ years here, I haven’t felt excluded or ostracized in any way. I’m convinced that the leadership care about their people. When the pandemic first hit, the entire C-suite took pay cuts so that the rest of us could keep afloat. That speaks volumes about how they prioritize their employees. I started out as a field technician and they provided numerous opportunities for me to gain exposure to new and advanced systems. Which is how I ended up with this current position. It would take a lot for me to leave this company.

Pay could be more competitive but I understand that they’re not a big company (yet).

Almost everyone seems like they share the same goals and it creates a really fun collaborative work environment. People are quick to help and want to see everyone succeed. The culture is by far the best part though. Tough to describe but it is such a great environment to be a part of!!!!

The work can be very challenging but as I said everyone is quick to help and there is a huge knowledge base so it is never impossible
