Employees are treated as slaves, No National leaves , sick leave , festivel leave aplicable... If you have not achieve the target they wont release your salary, bill products to distributor without their permission and the responsibility of collection will be on the employee . No proper employee insurance , No Job security , you will be fired one fine day without any reason , They will provide you free air ticket to attend interview etc but after the joining you wont get any travel claim.
