Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. It is not always easy to read, but it is important. We understand that your experience has left you feeling frustrated, and we value the opportunity to reflect on what we can do better.
We are actively working on programmes to strengthen career progression, development opportunities, hybrid working and how we support colleagues through change. These are important areas of colleague experience and remain a priority for us as the business continues to grow.
Our Associate Programme is designed as a two-year development route, with starting salaries from £25,000 and progression to £30,000 linked to six-monthly milestones. A degree is not a requirement for all Associate roles, although some roles do require specific skills, experience or technical knowledge. We know that progression needs to feel clear, fair and meaningful, and we are continuing to build clearer career pathways, stronger development conversations and more opportunities for colleagues to grow across teams, products and disciplines.
We are also evolving our approach to hybrid working. We want to bring more colleagues together in person more regularly because we believe it supports collaboration, learning and connection. For most roles, we encourage colleagues to spend two or more days per week on site. Some roles, particularly Associate and early-career roles, may require more regular office time to support onboarding, coaching and development.
As a business supporting health and social care, our technology has to make a real difference. We are investing in our products and use of AI with a clear focus on practical improvements for customers, frontline professionals, patients, families and people who rely on care services. We also work in a heavily regulated industry, so safety, security, governance and compliance are critical to our roadmap. Used well, AI can improve efficiency, reduce admin burden and help professionals spend more time where it matters most.
We offer 25 days’ holiday, increasing to 27 days over time, as well as birthday leave. Our flexible benefits package also allows colleagues to choose what matters most to them, whether that is investing more into their pension, accessing private healthcare or purchasing additional holiday.
We would welcome the opportunity to understand more about your experience. Please reach out to your HR Business Partner or People and Programmes Partner so we can listen, understand the detail and continue to improve. Thank you again for raising this.
