12 months ago I could have made endless lists here but now I can’t think of anything to write.

Constantly recruiting managers while making people who actually do the day to day work redundant (also making a whole round of redundancies and not telling the staff in the hopes that people won’t find out but actually just unsettling everyone as obviously staff do talk to each other!!!) and just expecting the staff left to pick up the rest of the work! Everyone you speak to us doing 2-3 people’s jobs and then we are being told there’s no bonuses as we didn’t reach the target (bearing in mind the first “target” we didn’t meet just appeared with the new CEO!!) The new management do not care at all about their staff, we are all just a bum on a seat now. We used to have 2 really good parties a year to see our colleagues from all the business face to face and just have a nice time and relax with them. This has been replaced with presentations about the company on teams and we are supposed to see this as motivating and exciting! There are so many examples of how clueless the management now are as to what motivates staff! Very unsupportive HR team who just read back “standard corporate” responses and generally don’t care about staffs needs.
