- nepotism, nepotism, nepotism. can't even begin to describe how it impacts the "culture." magically seems like a chunk of the nepo or personality people ALWAYS make it through the layoffs. funny how that works when technical people are getting let go. - if you weren't there pre-covid buckle up and get ready to constantly hear about the good old days, how things used to be, and their old office space - 3 major layoffs in 1 less than yr, basically 1 per quarter- followed by the swift blanket promise of "everything is fine." only for it to happen again 4 months later. i'd be a little cautious. - biiiiig boys club atmosphere. certain teams make the environment isolating for everyone else - promotes how much activity goes on (happy hours, team outings, etc.) that happens very sparingly so don't get your hopes up.
