The existing architectural structure provides a solid foundation for our projects, and teams are generally open to discussing creative ideas and solutions.

A significant area for improvement lies in standardization and documentation. The lack of consistent practices and comprehensive guides can sometimes make the codebase feel disorganized. Additionally, as a contractor serving government customers, our team operates heavily under the client's jurisdiction. This can lead to a feeling of being at the bottom of the totem pole, where our recommendations for efficiency and quality are not always prioritized.
