Training is poor, barely relating to client's needs, growth means promotion, which requires a college degree and getting along with SIS management. Problem is some managers are borderline bullies in the workplace. A company this size needs to invest in human resources or risks losing contracts: front line supervisors are neither trained nor have the bandwith to effectively deal with personnel issues. It is unfair to them as well as the employees. Benefits are very expensive.
