First and foremost, I want to express my sincere apologies for the disappointment you have experienced (post of 8/28/24). Your feedback is valuable to SRM, and we are truly sorry that SRM did not meet your expectations.
In the last year or so, regarding anyone who has left SRM, there has not been one remotely confrontational moment with them. We anticipated there could be one speed bump, it was clarified, and the exiting employee's situation was rectified in their favor.
I, as the President of SRM have an open-door policy. If we do not know there is an issue, we cannot fix it. I strive to make this a workplace that is welcoming and rewarding. Apparently, we fell short in this circumstance.
We never want to stop learning and strive to be a place where people want to come to work. We will continue to do so and will do our best to continue to improve.
I can assure you that SRM IS NOT a dying company. We have been in business since 1979 and have a fantastic cadre of employees, the largest pipeline of submitted bids in for evaluation that we have had since I have been here, and our future looks quite bright.
