Collaborative work is fostered and encouraged. The people you work with are professional, talented, and approachable. Great growth opportunities. If you're unhappy with where you are at, upper management will work with you to place you where you are better suited. If you ever need help, you can always ask for it and assistance will be provided to you -- whether you need help with"how-to's", workload, etc. Offices are well designed and maintained. Hard work is noted and celebrated.

The company is growing rapidly, as mentioned in prior reviews, there are times where overtime is needed to get the job done. However, that effort is noticed and they are actively recruiting to help manage this growth.

I have loved my time at Systems Source. I have never worked for such a supportive leader. Rosemarie is by far the best mentor and coach of my career. The culture is great with a fun entrepreneurial spirit. I find that the leadership team is always working to ensure employees are in their best roles suited to their strengths and personalities. Will stay here for the long hall!

Fair Compensation Fair Benefits Some great co-workers

Middle and Upper management is very clique-ish. If you are in the clique you're fine but if you're not, you are OUT. There are no reviews, check-ins, or feedback on performance. Raises are rare. There is no bonus structure. Management is the opposite of transparent. They do not like people with ideas, they want you to do as you are told. There are a lot of people speaking negatively about coworkers behind their backs and management does not address the issue or investigate to determine what actually happened. HR is a gossip so you can't talk to that person either. There is a palatable culture of fear amongst employees that they will loose favor and their job or potential for advancement will be at risk.
