Not sure about internal workers, but engineers are usually at client sites alone or with others and can have various technical opportunity and meet new people, so engineers have advantage. Benefits and pay are better than other Japanese base competitors.

Career path may not be satisfied as it depends on which clients you are assigned to and what to do there. Because Management are American and Australian, Japanese who are not good at English may feel unfairly treated while non-Japanese speaker cannot do good performance in client sites.
