      The colleagues are fantastic, and there is so much support from management, unfortunately poor decisions made by the one at the top have ruined everything that Sytner was once known for.

      The new CEO doesn't stand by Sytners core values - everything that Darren (previous CEO) created, has been destroyed in 12 months. Multiple dealership closures, and many redundancies - additional pressure on those that remain, it's simply unsustainable.
