The job is interesting, varied and busy at all times

Rate of pay per hour is very low. There's a culture of bullying in the aftersales department. Line managers had observed it and didn't do anything to rectify it. When this is brought to higher managements' attention, nothing is done about it but the bullying intensifies. Not a good atmosphere to work in.

The team were generally great, good facilities

Svantaggi

Managers have created terrible atmospheres and for the wage they are on they should be leading by example.
