8yHi, firstly I would like to apologise for the delay in responding to your feedback, we have recently been made aware of it on the website and are in the process of taking on board and trying to rectify any issues which have been flagged up in these comments.
As a company we are trying to listen more and take on board feedback, and make the changes necessary to prove we have taken on board that feedback. We have invested more time in Colleague reviews as we want to hear the good but we also want to hear the bad- this gives us a chance to make changes and shape the company to be the best we can be.
I’m sorry if you feel it’s not the best company to work for, however if you are still a current employee I am hoping you will now agree that with the changes made over the last few years and the new changes being made every day, we are trying our hardest to be and maintain to be, the best company to work for.
