different set of rules for different people, holiday requests were never looked at, if you were genuinely sick you were forced to come in, no incentive to move up in the work place, wages were always wrong, training was very basic and who ever did the training didn't know how to do the job! "non uniform" policy was a joke. management never stepped up to help the associates!
