Managers have their favourites and regardless of their work ethics, they'll still be at the top of the pecking order when it comes to promotion. Internal vacancies are not advertised at our store as the management favours keeping the core staff in the store as opposed to progressing them. Underpaid or undercut salaries on a frequent basis. End of every month you'll always have staff members who have been underpaid from the hours they've worked.
