Recent structural change has left many associates unsure where responsibilities and decision making for some key areas lie. As a result many business projects are getting briefed later and later, causing great stress and negative impact on associates involved in the projects. This was not the case until last year when everything worked an awful lot better than it does now, and still it gets progressively worse every week, not better.
