All weekend - work every bank holiday - too much pressure from hire management for not enough money (€500 pw) - nearly daily visits from District Managers, a lot of stress and pressure - never enough staff - never enough hours - management are delusional - very toxic management atmosphere, TLs working every weekend all weekend - TLs do all 5am delivery shifts, nightshifts, and night delivery shifts which are also on weekends and are 5pm-1:30am - work/life balance is non-existent, TK Maxx is your other half - no HR management, disciplinary investigations handled by TLs and AMs with no training or qualifications to handle them - staff contracts only reach 20hrs, so store associates can work 37hrs all Christmas and then be put back to 20hrs in January when not needed, also holiday pay will be their contract hours, really unfair - staff are given Tesco water bottle and milk tray as Christmas bonus, managers get €5K Christmas bonus
