Rules and policy constantly changes (this isnt new but its getting worse) They will say one thing, reassure you, then don't follow through ( get it in writing no matter the promise) Unethically changes to meet metrics Favortism Promote to fire ( there is a contant situation in from what i know just charleston) but they will promote you then 2 months later "restructure" rename the role, for the people who were kicked out of the role were fired or made to reapply.
