Tons of resources for sales people. Compensation can be good if you know what to sell. If you are selling they let you go and do your thing. (at least all my managers did)

Svantaggi

Some times too many resources and can be confusing if you are not highly motivated to find the answer yourself. Network should work much better than it actually does with all of the bands they own.
