Career growth and accountability is out of the question here. There is a lot of favoritism that goes on here. Managers are busy emersing theirself in employee drama that they do not focus on the bigger picture. The executive team also thrives on negativity. Everyone here is focused on staking their claims and not supporting one another as a team. This is the only company I know that does not give back to the community or arts.
