Where do I begin? Ever since we failed to get JD Power in customer satisfaction for the 8th year (lost to Verizon by THREE points), life at TM has been hell! All we hear on Call reviews is how something wasn't a "JD Power level call"! Not sure exactly what IS, because the focus is on what we are doing wrong. The stress is continuous, and there are no clear guidelines given on how to improve overall, just "should have said this or that" on specific calls. Our own judgement should count for something, but does not. If you are the type of person who takes pride in doing your best, DON'T work here! You will never be good enough!
