It doesn't take a rocket scientist to do the work, but it does take someone who is willing to show up everyday ready to the game....everyday. You are constantly given feedback and it is specific and attainable. As long as you are open to changing what you may think is best to fit the company than not only will you collect your normal hourly rate, but also bonuses, up to $600 a month! Beyond that, you also get quarterly bonuses based on the company's growth. That being said, T-Mobile is one of the only growing businesses in today's economy.
