with sales, if youre ever behind on sales , or not getting enough sales, you can lose your job. and like my first manager was super lax, he didnt push us too hard on the sales because he knew this job is more of a customer service job then a sales job. But the manager after he left was super huah about sales, if you werent at par with everyone else in the company youd get cut. and its just a bad way to slowly ruin a great store.
