Good job overall, good pay, fun events, and good benefits and bonuses.

The higher you go on the totem pole and more money you make, the more things they'll find wrong with your performance to let you go. This job will last for about 5 to 7 years, it's highly stressful, you get in trouble for being sick even when you miss only 2 days a year, you feel very appreciated at first but the longer you're there, they actually ”force” you to fail. You feel stuck in the job cause it pays so well and get such good benefits.
