I’ve been here for almost 2 years, worked through this entire pandemic. I have had to work through over 3000 calls waiting in the queue daily for over a year only to find out today that to thank me for my hard work, I get a .16 cent raise. Yay me! They make promises of you being able to promote and move up, but of course, you can’t because they make it nearly impossible to do so. They have what they call “communities” and if the stats aren’t great, your monthly bonus is affected. They push you to sell add a lines, even though they clearly don’t train you in training to sell. They basically buy their customers by adjusting off balances off their bills when they cry and complain. They make you use so many different systems that all do the same thing. They make you do all the useless surveys that don’t change a thing. They rarely have what they call shift bids to be able to change your schedule and switch communities and have unrealistic stats that you have to reach to be able to bid out. Everyone on the community is fake and all talk bad about everybody. The morning shift gets special privileges compared to every other shift. You only get a measly 5.85 hours off every other week. You get in trouble if you ask too many questions regarding account issues with customers. The “tools” and resources they have aren’t that great.
