Too many shoddy managers. Opportunistic culture. Only people there are the quick and the dead. A VP called in all his directors (also a position of great respect or should be) and told them any may resign if they wish because he can replace any of them for 10% less. Staff people sometimes disappear overnight for mysterious reasons. These people are too often clowns and jackasses. Unless you know you are getting a particularly good deal, work somewhere else.
