Promotions are political. - Frequent re-orgs that just create more chaos. - Leaders who are indecisive, rude, avoid addressing employee concerns, and will put down others to make them look better. Being yelled at/belittled is not uncommon here. - Occasionally, you can expect to be rewarded with cheap magenta swag as a way to be "recognized" for all your hard work.
