Cheap phone bill each month. Easy job to learn. You know what to expect when you come in as far as the day to day job goes.

The most qualified people do not get the promotions i was ranked number 1 for several months and kept getting passed over for a promotion by people ranked much lower due to being friends with management. policies change daily. Superiors would not take an escalated call and when they finally did they would just give the customer what they wanted after you spent 20 min refusing the customers.
