Pay, benefits, laid back dress code. My coworkers were wonderful, and they provided plenty of encentive and events to help you bonus, and make even more money.

I had a very inconsistent time with the managers, from training on to the floor. Some managers would let you use your pto time for emergencies and not write you up, and others would write you up regardless. It honestly depended on which manager you got, and their mood I suppose. They WILL NOT work with your personal life. At all. I've had good friends die, and family members get sick and they would not let me go unless I was "taken out of good standing," where if you make (what they think is) one more mistake within 90 days, you're gone. The managers would contradict themselves on the policies we'd have to look up, and would always offer help, but when you needed help on a call they would act like it was a huge inconvenience. If the management was better and more consistent I would of stayed, I loved my customers and other coworkers, but if they are going to train you for two months on everything, it should be exactly what they prepared you for on the floor.
