Great benefits, great people, fun technology. It is great to connect customers to the people who matter most through wireless technology. The benefits package is great including employee phone plan, medical, dental, vision, flex spending, 401K with a company match, and tuition reimbursement.

Svantaggi

The company does not seem to understand what tools and support that the front line employees need to deliver on their goals. Antiquated IT systems are unacceptable for a technology company in 2011. There have been too many external hires for leadership positions which is bad for employee morale.
