Lacking HR policies to guide orgs-performance Evals are super random in scope and vague and don't provide valuable feedback Each org treats employees differently Upper management makes arbitrary decisions that don't factor in employee wants or needs Management structure is too deep. Too many layers. Recognition comes from peers which is awesome. Doesn't come from management often. Lots of turnover Not a lot of perks/fun stuff Corporate culture has ruined the joy and fun that the company portrays in the media Headquarters location sucks All talk and no action for networking programs and development opportunities
