It may be a good stepping stone but nothing beyond since the management doesnt recognise any of the efforts and just try to fill up their pockets

- Indirect tax function is worst of them all. They have got a wife and husband heading the IDT function running it like a school in the 90s. - Employees are forced to stay in till 11pm regularly and sacrifice weekends and if you say no, you are forced out of the organisation - HR function is non-existent and slave to top management - Senior management and people at top just loves to exploit junior staff and lack empathy and ethics

Due to over dependency on articles, if you are smart enough you will be able to get good exposure

No proper training for anything Seniors and juniors have too much communication gaps . No one is ready to listen. Also main thing is even if you are exploited , staff is not supported at all related to any support works like IT or admin etc. Even you are working for them , they will not support the staff . Every month there will be clashes amoung team related to conveyance or out of pocket.
